Our stay was enriched by the artistic ambiance throughout the hotel, complete with sculptures and beautiful designs. The staff was attentive, and we enjoyed an extensive breakfast daily.

The neighboring streets felt unsettling at night, which made our evening returns quite tense. It detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Enjoying breakfast in the lovely courtyard was a highlight—fresh pastries and a vast selection made every morning special. The hotel's decorations brought a unique charm, enhancing the overall ambiance. For future guests, I recommend arriving early for breakfast to savor the extensive menu before it gets crowded.

Just a great fit for a weekend jaunt in Palermo with incredible value for money. The spacious room had high ceilings and huge windows overlooking a charming piazza. Make sure to have a good map or navigation app handy.

Staff was generally friendly and helpful, adding a positive touch to the stay. the lack of accessibility for the room and insufficient help with luggage was disappointing. the neighborhood felt unsafe at night, and the breakfast selection was notably lacking, with slow replenishment despite being at a peak time.

The hotel showcases a beautiful garden and boasts an exceptional chef that made our dining experiences unforgettable. the building’s age occasionally made for noisy nights. On the plus side, the location is central, making it easy to explore local attractions.

Huge room, friendly reception, but the shower was small and outdated.

Charming historic atmosphere with friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The lovely courtyard served delightful breakfasts and we appreciated the proximity to all the sights of Palermo.

Room could have used better cleanliness as a minor improvement.

While the room was spacious, I noticed there were no glasses provided for water—only plastic cups—and the lack of a kettle or coffee pod machine was disappointing. The mattress felt worn out, and I could feel the springs. it definitely needs an upgrade. Walking back after dark felt tense due to the surrounding streets, which made the experience a bit unsettling at night. The shower's water temperature fluctuated, only becoming consistently hot later in the stay. only certain breakfast items were replenished during peak times, which felt lacking for a hotel of this nature. Lastly, the lift only reaches the second floor, so those on the upper levels might find access a hassle.
